Policies
I offer a per signature rate. All rates will be discussed and finalized before the time of the appointment. Please contact me at your earliest opportunity if you become unable to meet or need to reschedule your appointment time.
PLEASE NOTE:
I may decline to notarize if the signer is confused, not fully aware, not coherent or responsive, or does not have proper ID. The appointment travel fee is due even if the notarization cannot be completed.
